Hello Polk Street School! My name is Victoria Perez and I am the school counselor and Anti-Bullying Specialist. I am Cuban and Spaniard. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Caldwell University in 2011. I went on to get my Master's Degree in School Counseling from New Jersey City University in 2015.

What is a school counseling program?
A school counseling program reaches every student, regardless of affiliation, and strives to focus on the knowledge and attitude needed for successful academic achievement and personal/social growth. A school counselor serves as an advocate for all the students in their respective schools.
