Congratulations to Michelle Pachos as Educator of the Year. This is Michelle’s 26th year of teaching second grade at Robert Fulton School. Not only is she an outstanding teacher and colleague, but she also dedicates her time to serving as a building representative and voice for the North Bergen Federation of Teachers.
In the face of new and mounting expectations, Mrs. Pachos is always ready to put in the time and energy to learn what her students need and find engaging strategies to support their learning in the classroom. Mrs. Pachos is a model teacher leader and has mentored many of her colleagues over the years. On any day you might visit her classroom, you will see that Mrs. Pachos has a wonderful relationship with her students that is based on mutual respect and enthusiasm for learning.
Robert Fulton has been lucky to have such a dedicated educator in Michelle Pachos for almost 26 years. She is truly deserving of this honor and recognition.
