Mi nombre es Adrian Toro. Soy el maestro bilingüe de segundo grado en Polk Street School (anteriormente Robert Fulton Annex). Trabajo en el Distrito Escolar de North Bergen desde 2014. Soy un graduado de la Universidad de la Ciudad de Nueva Jersey con una licenciatura. en Idiomas Modernos y Psicología, y una Maestría en educación urbana de inglés como segunda idioma con una especialización en educación bilingüe.

Mi propósito y objetivo es apoyar a mis estudiantes con inglés en todas las asignaturas, mientras creamos y fomentamos un ambiente que les brinda a los estudiantes la oportunidad de aprender de manera libre e independiente.

My name is Adrian Toro. I am the Bilingual 2nd Grade teacher at Polk Street School (formerly Robert Fulton Annex). I have been working in the North Bergen School District since 2014. I am a graduate from New Jersey City University with a B.A. in Modern Languages and Psychology, and a M.A. in Urban Education of English as a Second Language with a specialization in Bilingual Education.

My purpose and objective is to support my students with the English language in all subjects, while creating and fostering an environment that gives students the opportunity to learn freely and independently.
