Welcome Back! I hope you had a fun and relaxing summer.  I look forward to the 2022-2023 school year and all the wonderful experiences it will bring.

My name is Angela Evertz, and I have been a School Social Worker for over 19 years with experience in the pre-school, elementary, and out-of-district academic settings.  I have served the community of North Bergen Township for 16 years as a School Social Worker on the Child Study Team.  I currently have the pleasure of working with students in grades 1 through 8 as a member of the Robert Fulton Child Study Team.  As a Child Study Team member, I develop Individual Education Plans, conduct social assessments and facilitate parent-teacher consultation.   I am truly passionate about and committed to my position as a School Social Worker.  I take great pleasure in serving as a support for your child and family within the North Bergen Public Schools.

I received a bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW) from Kean University in 2001.  I then earned my master’s degree in social work (MSW) from Fordham University in 2002.  In addition, I currently hold a New Jersey Educational Services Certificate with a School Social Worker endorsement.

I look forward to working together with students, parents and teachers to help each child reach his or her fullest potential.
