My Certifications and Degrees

My various degrees and certifications include:

  • Elementary Education (K-8)
  • Psychology (5-9),
  • Orton-Gillingham Certification (K-12)
  • IMSLEC Certification (K-12)
  • Special Education Certification (K-8)
  • Master's Degree in Teacher of the Handicapped (K-8)
  • Supervisor Certification
  • Dyslexia Therapist Certification / Dyslexia Practitioner Certification
 
I completed my undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education and Psychology at William Patterson College, which now has University status.
 
Most of my postgraduate degrees and certifications such as O-G Certification, IMSLEC Certification, Sp.Ed. Certification, Master's in Sp.Ed., DP and DT Certifications were achieved at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
 
In the 2011 - 2012 School year, I was granted a sabbatical and achieved a Supervisor Certification at Montclair State University. While on sabbatical, I also wrote a children's story book about phonics, which has yet to be illustrated.
